We’re delighted to announce that Soulful Care LLC, a licensed Supervised Living Facility located in Lorton, Virginia, is now officially open and ready to serve our community!

At Soulful Care, we believe that every individual deserves a home where they feel safe, valued, and inspired, a place where healing, growth, and purpose unfold naturally each day. Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide compassionate, person-centered support to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), helping them live life with independence, dignity, and joy.

What We Offer

Our home provides 24-hour supervised support tailored to each resident’s Individual Support Plan (ISP), with a focus on:

• Daily living and skill-building support

• Medication administration & health management

• Community integration and purposeful activities

• Mind-body-spirit balance through our Soulful Living Program

We create a nurturing, family-like environment where laughter fills the rooms, creativity is encouraged, and every person is supported to thrive in their own unique way.

We are currently accepting new referrals for adults with ID/DD who are ready to experience a more connected, empowering, and soulful way of living.We welcome referrals from:

• Case Managers and Support Coordinators

• DBHDS and CSB representatives

• Family members and advocates
